VMobilize – Civic Engagement SaaS Platform
Architected a multitenant civic tech platform for US voter outreach with org-scoped RBAC. Built vVote for territory canvassing with recursive turf cutting and an H3 geospatial engine for neighbor network mapping via k-ring indexing. Engineered vRide for real-time volunteer transportation with live GPS via Socket.IO, and vBuddy for volunteer pairing and outreach analytics.
Ribit Boats – Interactive 3D Customizer
Engineered a full-stack 3D boat configurator using React Three Fiber. Cut 3D payload sizes by 80% (15MB to 2.5MB) via glTF compression and runtime texturing. Eliminated Vercel egress bottlenecks by offloading static assets to Cloudflare for zero-egress caching. Delivered end-to-end architecture with serverless APIs, transactional emails, and Google Analytics.
Desktop POS – Restaurant Management (Tauri + Rust + React)
Built a cross-platform desktop POS using React, Tauri, and Rust. Configured a Tauri sidecar to auto-spin a local Rust server, syncing a mobile waiter app via in-memory state polling. Secured the local network with a Zero Trust architecture using IP and device fingerprint rate limiting. Delivered offline-capable kitchen printing with full inventory, staff, and analytics modules.
